How to achieve it? First, apply concealer on your lower and upper lids. This would prepare them for the shadow. Next, line your lash lines with the liner. With a brush, soften the edges of the pencil line. Apply a dark shadow. Go with gray, black or dark green. Blue shadow is not recommended by some make up experts as it usually makes you look like you have undereye circles. Using a larger brush, apply a lighter shadow with neutral color like ivory. To complete the look, apply 2-3 layers of mascara. Voila! You're done. Come out and flaunt your eyes.
